Waited 2 hours and no food. Called them to ask and was welcomed by the rudiest person. Can’t comment on the food as it never turned up. Still waiting on a refund! Afford at all cost! Plenty of decent takeaways out there!
Best chines i ever head and me and my friends use to spend 1k just on food for 5 people in top restaurants but this chines is top fresh food quality food tasty big portions not sure why it got just 3 stars must be competition las day spend nearly 70£ and it was top quality!
Awful delivery service. A woman delivered my order and was very rude. I would stay away from this place. Food was lukewarm and staff and delivery drivers are very rude and lack in customer communication skills.
Absolutely awful service and rude staff who put the phone down on us!! Ordered a takeaway which was originally an hour delivery!! This then became a two hour delivery so asked them if we could cancel as we couldn’t let out children wait that long, for them then to be extremely rude and put the phone down on us!!!! Wouldn’t use again EVER
Ordered my food around 15/20 minutes ago to have found a hair rapped around my food. How revolting is that? I rung them to tell them about it to try and get a refund and all she kept saying was “my food is good I cooked it my self” and ended the phone on me multiple times. I would not recommend ordering from here, it’s absolutely disgusting.
Bloody lovely. Shop window needed a clean and phone at 2 months of dust on it. Would return because the food was faultless.
DO NOT BUY RACISTS!!!!!Zero stars!!!! Woman is a racist called me a white english c*** wouldnt return money back and screaming at me calling me every name in the sun! After 15 minutes she threw the money on the floor! Never in my life have i had such a shocking experience in my life!!!!
After waiting 40 minutes for our order, the time elapsed, when we rang they said they had cancelled our order as they were busy! Then strangely seconds later the cancellation came through. With a 3 star hygiene rating I think we had a lucky escape.
Probably the best Chinese in the area, amazing quality and portion sizes. Have found our Chinese and won’t be going anywhere else now. 10/10
First time orddimg from here. Food arrived on time, nice and hot, enjoyed it. 2 hours later we were all suffering with upset stomachs. This was the only same meal that all of us had eaten all day. Could have been a tummy bug but the way how we all came down with sickness then the runs within 10 minutes of each other makes me think the Chinese was to blame
