Had shoes for half price on back wall (multiple pairs the same), brought them to till and they charged me full price.. Queried it and was told "no they aren't on the the back wall and are full price" I explained there was multiple pairs the same all beside each other and he told me he would go check.. I watched him go to the back wall, remove them all then come back and tell us.. "no, there is none the same there.. You can even go and check yourself" .. Obviously someone has messed up, but the clerk / manager was a smarmy little tosser about the situation .. Couldn't be annoyed arguing with him after watching him remove the trainers from the back wall.. I'd expect something like this from a small local independent store but in an official Nike store it disappointing to see such appaling customer service.. Anyway, just bought my first ever pair of Asics in the store opposite thanks to the courteous manner of your store staff..
