Bought an Antler rucksack at the store, staff were informative and pleasant when I was browsing the store. The rucksack I chose were clearly priced at £59 on the shelf. On paying at the till I was charged £65. I brought this to the attention of the staff who checked the till and told me Antler often change their prices midweek. I pointed out that the remaining rucksacks were all still clearly priced at £59 at which point the salesman removed the price labels from them and told me they were £65. Not a huge amount of money to be bothered about but the sales experience and the disinterest of the staff to the issue has put me off returning to the store for further purchases. Plenty of other luggage outlets about.
If you need luggage for your holiday then this is the place to visit. Huge range of suitcases with good range of prices.
