First class service! We sold and bought through Nigel Poole estate agents. They were honest and reliable and kept us and our buyers informed at every stage. We struggled to find an onward purchase and Nigel and Tania were really supportive and understanding of our requirements. Eventually finding us our new home. Be very aware of these people, we were promised at least 12x a call back  only got 3.from the point off making an offer the lies started , there was a problem with the sale but its OK now!! Like he'll it was they were fully aware of a major problem which held up the sale by 7 months and had lost them two previous sales.and the sellers told us that they knew it was tied up at land registry 2 months before our offer, This lie alone cost us thousands in temporary accomodation,  you should be very aware of checking out anything these people tell you, only interested in commission.we are know getting our solicitor  to file with the ombudsman's official complaint .

"We genuinely care about the sale of your home and that’s why we always strive to deliver the best levels of service and marketing."  Not the best quote considering they lied to us and wasted our time. Would not recommend these guys. The customer service is awful. Gave them our information and only got a call back about the house had been sold even though they were trying to sort out the lease. Brilliant.  As you can see they take the reviews very seriously in the comments. You already have our details please don't play dumb.

I have dealt with Nigel on a couple of occasions, and he has been nothing but professional each time, if there was an option for 10 stars, it would be 10 all the way.  Excellent service - thank you
