We have found everyone at Belvoir Evesham to be friendly, helpful and professional. Problems are dealt with efficiently and the contractors employed by Belvoir are pleasant and good at what they do. So far, they have all been reliable. The house was in good condition when we moved in and regular visits by Belvoir staff ensure that any problems are quickly addressed. So far, a good experience.

Melanie and Sophia are exceptional professionals and do an excellent job at managing my rental property. They are always personable and polite and can be trusted, something which is very rare these days. Although I have had a couple different tenants Melanie and Sophia have found new ones promptly and as a consequence my property has never been empty since placing it with them in 2014. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective landlord or tenant: they are a brilliant team.

The ladies at Belvoir are a real breath of fresh air! Anyone who has rented a property will understand the feeling of being "used and abused" and living in the knowledge that you're sole purpose in the circle of life is to contribute to the investment portfolio of an individual who cares absolutely nothing for you or the quality of your life. If you are a tenant or landlord and you want to be treated like a human being not just a cash cow, then go to Belvoir! They found the right property for me and found the right tenant for their landlord, and that wasn't a matter of luck, they actually worked hard to find the right fit for everyone.

Having been a Landlord for 7 years and experienced numerous different Letting Agents I unreservedly recommend Melanie Carter & her team at Belvoir in Evesham. Melanie is professional, pro active and efficient at all times whilst friendly throughout. It was great to find an agent who I had 100% confidence in to secure me a new tenant from the off.
