Unfortunately my experience with TLG lettings department have been poor unprofessional and dame right rude and lied to me at times. The only good thing about them are the nice ladies working in the accounts. The letting team are a disgrace poor communication poor management which has led me to not want to rent my property out again. Additionally on taking the property over post tenant they have failed to do a proper exit inventory which has lead to missing items and damage to decor which they now say can not be put right. i would strongly advise using a high street estate agent and not TLG if you want peace of mind during your letting.

they are rude unhelpful and disrespectful l sent a number of emails and phone calls and were just ignored then when l get in contact with them they lie to me l spoke to the manager there who was dam right rude to me the landlord of the property was keen to take us on but due to the poor work the agent does l missed out on the property l do not trust or believe anything they say as there nothing but poor!

The purchase of our new home in Badsey was complicated since it was a "trade-in" being sold by Bovis Homes. TLG, as the local agent, showed us the property and were always there to help with the contacts with Bovis' agents who handled the legal stuff and the price negotiation and renegotiations. TLG could not have been more helpful during the sale and subsequently by advising us of suitable contacts for repairs and professional inspections. Thank you Morgan Rhys and your colleagues.
