I find that when I call for an appointment am always told call back at 8am which it would be 48 hour appointment! But this usually changes and they don't give you one! Also when calling for an appointment the reception staff ask why I have to see the doctor! That is confidential and no.one should have to say anything to anyone apart from my own doctor! Maybe you should review your confidential policy as has nothing to with a receptionist over the phone. Thing is when I do eventually get an appointment ( as to they are fully booked) there is hardly anyone sitting in the waiting room!! Darn right iggnorant. I feel sorry for people who have on going illnesses and can't get an appointment. Not a happy patient there and will be changing doctors due to the receptionist staff being lazy and really dont care. Pathectic .
