Staff are friendly but the service has dramatically declined. Many mistakes with prescriptions: not being issued with no warning, being told it has gone to your nominated pharmacy but is nowhere to be seen, repeat list out of date and not being updated, issuing wrong quantity no matter how many times you ask them to correct it. I was told my prescription was at my pharmacy yesterday on the phone to the practice yet it isn't there so had to speak to receptionists face to face, no sign of the prescription so I'm having to wait for a reprint to be signed by a doctor for something that isn't my mistake. These numerous problems cause a great deal of stress to me and as a result I lack trust in the practice. I completed a form on their website asking for the practice manager to telephone me regarding recent errors with my prescriptions but nobody contacted me. I have an extremely busy day and I am having to waste time sitting in the practice while waiting for my reprinted prescription to be signed. The service and standards are worsening with time.
