I saw the vehicle that I'd been looking for at Nicholas Charles after many weeks of trawling the Internet as well as local garages. The car was without doubt the best that I'd seen, in terms of condition, mileage and colour. I made an initial enquiry via Autotrader and within 15 minutes received a call, receiving a walk around video a further 15 minutes later. Without having to haggle over price, I asked what the best price would be and received an amazing deal. It was a 'no brainier'! A very small deposit secured the car until I could arrange to travel the 100+ miles to their premises. They even offered to transport the car to my home address if I wanted. Within half an hour or so of arriving in Ambergate, I was whisked to the garage, being collected at the station, and on my way home in the car. Dealer integrity here = amazing! In my opinion, if you are looking for a car, you'd be foolish not to give these guys a call. You have nothing to lose, but a lot to gain! Go on, treat yourself!

I bought a pre owned Land Rover Freelander from Nicholas Charles Cars almost 4 weeks ago, and not only am I very pleased with the car but also the service I got from the guys there. Both they and I were satisfied with the price I paid for the Landy and also the part ex price they gave me for my car in exchange, and their after sales service has been excellent. For example I left a couple of keys in my old car which they have posted back to me, and Charles was really approachable and went out of his way to help me sort out a problem with the taxing of the Landy. So all in all doing business with this firm of professionals has been very pleasant indeed!
