I have just got home from a 6 hour round trip and it was worth every second! I initially enquired and spoke with Mike who was down to earth, honest, and l ended up reserving the car subject to seeing it. Skip forward two weeks due to Christmas and the car was exactly as described. Mike took me through all the controls, gave me a decent test drive route and l met Geoff the owner who was a lovely guy. Delighted with my new car, the over all experience was fantastic and l would highly recommend Geoff Cox Subaru and Mike Rownsley in particular. Top job, thanks Mike

We have just bought a new Subaru outback from Geoff Cox and had a fantastic experience, Mike the salesman we dealt with was not only good at his job but genuinely friendly too, nothing was too much trouble and even our p/x deal was very acceptable not only did Mike talk us through everything clearly when we picked the new car up he has made himself available on the phone should we need to ask anything further. When the car was uncovered it looked tremendous, a credit to the guy who had polished it beautifully. Also all of the extras we had specified had been fitted neatly and expertly and you can't ask anymore than that, we would recommend this dealership not just to new Subaru buyers but anyone looking for a good experience when buying a car new or used.

I had spent several months searching for my 'new' car on-line, through web-sites of dealers both near and far from my home in Essex. I eventually found just the right car for me but it was located in Denby which is about 190 miles from me! I had BIG reservations about buying second-hand from such a distance away especially at nearly £50,000, however, I have now purchased my vehicle from Geoff Cox Automotive having dealt through Mike Rawnsley at their showroom, and the purchase was no problem whatsoever! Mike was very helpful and informative at all times, and dealt with my trade in/swap very professionally and fairly, keeping me informed of the progress throughout. I cannot fault the buying process in any way and God forbid, that I ever need a warranty claim, I'm sure that the process will be dealt with equally as well!!!!!! Many thanks Mike.

Great service from Sam at Geoff Cox Subaru- from the moment I made the first phone call. I needed a fast turn around but also had a few requests on the condition of the car. Sam assured me he could do everything within the timeline and remained patient with my demands and indecisiveness. In the end, it was great the service I was given here which made me feel I was in good hands and could trust a smooth process. Sam even kept in touch after I purchased the car to check everything was ok. He really is a credit the team and I’d happily recommend him to friends and family!

I bought a Subaru Legacy last month which I'm delighted with. It has low mileage, is in very good condition and was a competitive price. It also came with a 6 month warranty. Geoff Cox is a reputable family run business which is very welcoming without the pressure that some car dealerships put on you. Mike Rawnsley our salesperson went above and beyond throughout the process and is an asset to the company. Will definitely be using for services and MOTS. Would highly recommend!
