Having not dealt with the NFU at all I would like to say how easy the process was dealing with Matt. Matt listened to what we as a company wanted from an insurance policy. He then went away and came back with a bespoke insurance tailored to our needs. He always delivered when he said he would and advised, not told, what might be the best option. If he didn't know something he would find out and get back to us promptly. If only getting all insurance was as painless.
