Worked here for 6 months before being made redundant due to changes within the business. During my time I was given an excellent training course that took me from having no insurance knowledge to being able to pass insurance qualifications with little revision THANK YOU SARAH! and the people I worked with were always friendly, approachable and up for a laugh. The first time I really felt comfortable with colleagues and really did enjoy the brief jump in my career at Towergate.

AVOID at all costs.  My insurance claim has taken 10 months now to get resolved and they are still not even close to resolution.  Towergate have tardy service and try and bully their customers into submission by delaying and arguing with you.  Working with them and their partners Questgates has been one of the worst experiences of our trading life as a business.  They have cost us an inordinate amount of time, effort and grief and our practice is falling apart before our eyes because they won't agree to settle the claim that they agreed we were covered for.  I have had an awful experience with this company.
