Shop is fine but more selection on line which they don't have in store

Although this store is a little pricey, I gave it 5 stars because the selection of clothes, sizes, and styles are excellent. Additionally, the customer service staff are incredibly helpful and nice, which makes for an surprisingly nice experience. And compared to other shops within the Buchanan Galleries, this one has the best value by far.

Visited Next Buchanan Galleries with my Fiance, My Fiance wanted to buy a dress, there was only one dress on the hanger in her size but it had a damaged zip.The person serving called Ryan, went out of his way to search the computer for more stock and said that there should be another one in the store. He then went and searched the store and found the dress which in perfect condition. His attitude and williness to help was superb. Well done to Ryan and Next for a great experiance. Thank you.
