The staff were extremely unprofessional. As we walked in, we passed four staff members, and none of them informed us that the shop was closing at 7. Instead, they waited until we were inside and then turned off the lights, leaving us in the dark. This was not only rude but also dangerous, as it was already dark outside, and we couldn’t see where we were going. Shocking customer service.nNo clear opening times sign on the door otherwise we would’ve checked before entering
This is a great example of why the high st and retail parks are in decline.nnI visited the next retail store in Aberystwyth at approx 11 am and browsed through the men's clothing department.nnOn duty was a woman with a pa headset and a young man, who on 2 occasions completely ignored me.nnNot only did they make eye contact they also ignored me.nnI was looking and comparing and they made no effort to ask if I needed any help.nnSo guess what ? I went to M&SnnIf the manager or hr read this, they should be fired.nnPeriod.nnAwful awful awful experience.
The staff at Aberystwyth next store are fabulous, always so helpful. Thank you to Rachel today, you are always bubbly and smiling, its lovely chatting to all the staff and that they have time for you.
Wanted to buy a suit. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me with measurements and some advice. Not a single member of staff on the floor. Absolutely shocking. Wouldn't recommend.
Store is filthy.nFloors are filthy.nCobwebs on stairways and thick dust in handrails.
