Wanted to buy a suit. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me with measurements and some advice. Not a single member of staff on the floor. Absolutely shocking. Wouldn't recommend.
Shocking customer service, in fact there was none. Three staff leaning on the counter talking amongst themselves, didn't even acknowledge that I was in the store.
Simply awful customer service. I was speaking to one member of staff, when another one interrupted with what I can only assume was the intention of being incredibly rude and unhelpful; after saying her piece she walked off without offering any help whatsoever. A sore best avoided!
The thing I love about Next is the consistent high standard, it doesn't matter which store I go to, or where it is, the high service standards, the cleanliness and immaculate layout of the store never fails to impress and this store is no exception! Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Well worth a visit.
Aberystwyth store does not stock boys clothes 13+. Ridiculous.
