Shocking service, clueless till staff, no teaspoons, no ask for my sparks card even though the till operator then proceeded to ask the lady behind me for hers, was I not asked because I’m a man ???? When challenged the till operator couldn’t bring the transaction back and hadn’t given me a receipt so that’s £25 worth of points lost !!!! Coffee just dumped on the counter without telling me. Shocking and I won’t be back, very poor M&S !!!!!
I was it your store today and normally use self scan but as it wasn't busy I went to the manned checkout, no greeting from the female colleague, she told me the total and then turned around shouting to a male colleague on shop floor asking when his break was completely ignoring me as I stood at the till saying thank you twice for the service she hadn't given. I will use self scan again next or go to Tesco where I normally go where the checkout colleagues always provide excellent service. I sent this on your store messenger app but have not received a reply even though I was told I would, it's been a week now, the 1 star is because I couldn't leave zero stars
Food is always fabulous and different with that added finesse. Clothes are classy but modern and good quality. Lingerie is some of the best. Love the jewellery..the shoes and handbags. The fragrance range...beauty and cosmetics all suit my skin. I just love m & s. The cafe does the best coffee in Aberystwjyth too. An asset to the town.
We were told there was a half hour wait for food which was fine for us. However, the food took 57 minutes to come people behind me in the line ate before me cause they complained. They ordered the same as I didnThe portion size of the scampi was decent but the chips were cold Andy partners bacon sandwich was pitifully small.
