Service started reasonably well then deteriorated badly When I questioned what they were saying I was told to take my repeat prescription elsewhere. They were rude, and opinionated. I will definitely be taking my repeat prescription and repeat business elsewhere.
Thanks to all staff at Lloyds Aberaeron for all your excellent and hard work. The company have clearly stripped the staff back to the bare minimum and those that remain should be commended for their service, time and care to their patients.
Throughout this Pandemic, the team in Lloyds Pharmacy Aberaeron have worked tirelessly to provide a service for the public.. Under difficult circumstances and anxious customers they have continued to give of their best. I have received helpful information and although tired and stressed I have also received a smile. Thank you for all your hard work.
Around a week ago to collect my prescription the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I was a little surprised when walking into a chemist to find there was no hand sanitiser at the door, maybe this is something they could have a look at as coronavirus seems to be creeping this way!
worst pharmacy ever. constant mistakes and important medication not being delivered. try phoning them..impossible minus 5 stars
Wonderful service in here, the staff are always willing too help and find the right thing for you no matter how busy they are.
