This is Costa Coffee situated inside the next store on the first floor access is via elevator or liftnIf it’s required great service up to the usual standard for Costa Coffee ,staff were friendly food and coffee was good
Had a good shopping experience everything was perfect then the lady at the upstairs counter in the men’s section ruined it as just bought brand new shoes and didn’t even give a box and just put them in the bag with the rest of the clothes. Like I’m spending 200 pounds and you don’t have the decency of packaging properly. You spend 15 quid on a pair of cheap brand new trainers and they still give a box. Staff need to be trained with common sense. Lost 3 stars because one staff member did something dumb
Went to the Costa inside Next Home. Its a good place to have a coffee peacefully. The lady made amazing coffee. Though this dies not have a drive through, prefer going there. The Next Ho.e is an added bonus. ;

Lovely store with helpful friendly staff, also having a Costa upstairs.nBEWARE, unscrupulous parking company managing parking on this site, with plenty of evidence available on the internet, from disappointed customers receiving fines. I was able to provide evidence I had been to Next, Lidl and also Pure gym as part of my appeal, proving I hadn’t parked and left site, but this was rejected and fine increased to £170.nI understand Next have no say in how the parking is managed, but if they continue to allow their customers to be treated unfairly on this site by not holding Seats retail to account, then the review is valid.
