Really lovely store. Helpful staff. Best to find staff upstairs than on ground floor as till staff are busy with sales. Has a paperchase and coffee area too.

Really good value and amazingly helpful staff in the clothes store. My experience in this department was 5 stars.

However, be prepared to wait for assistance in the home section. I've been in there at non-busy hours (3PM on a Tuesday) and simply couldn't get anyone's attention. I also just spent over half an hour trying to get through to a person on the phone too. I love their products but sometimes I need to ask a quick question and this simply wasn't possible.
