I went to the Gloucester Quays store to change an item for my friend who had a bought a pair of jeans one size too large. There were none in the correct size of 12 on the shop floor so I went to the till to get a refund. The girl on the till, Sophie, went above and beyond by offering to check upstairs to see if there were any. To my delight and amazement she found one very last pair in a 12, the exact same ones! Well done Sophie and Thankyou so much! You deserve praise!!
