Went in early to return some items that ordered online stood patiently in the que only to be refused by the person on the counter as they weren't doing returns today.nnAppalling customer services and no wonder more and more people are turning there backs on stores and doing all there shopping online

Nice shop but as usuall staff cut back to the absolute minimum. So no service as such, rummage through the rails and then try to find the one staff member to get served. When will the higher management of retail learn the basics of selling goods to the public? It's shameful and not the shop staffs fault.  I'm sure if management could automate everything they would be pleased to run the store with no staff at all. Thank god I don't work for Next. Sad times, retail is dead.

A decent range of clothes and home items at reasonable prices. Deodorant & aftershave/fragrances are also available. There is a Costa Coffee branch inside.

A fantastic visit to the men’s area to get a suit, shop looked great service was attentive well done to the team
