I visited the shop towards closing time and from a retail management position myself, i understand that staff can lose enthusiam at this time. This was far from the case. Bernard was a great help, offered to help with sizing and advised some colour combinations. I was never once rushed and believe him to be a credit to your company. Originally went in for one shirt as i forgot this for my business trip. However after great service I walked away with 4 shirts and some cufflinks.
