We wanted to try on a pair of ski trousers but the changing was closed. We were told this was because it was full of stock. We didn’t want to buy without trying them on and we’re told by staff to buy them and try them on in the centre public toilets !!! Needless to say we did not purchase
Was ok for small people i guess.. they couldn't outfit my size 13 feet though. No wide fitting. Couldn't find a suitable rucksack either.
Staff realy having nice chat while I clearly needed help.... If aren't bothered then neither am I... Got what I needed in North face!!

Good Selection of Apparel but the highlight was the excellent customer service. The kind customer assistant was very knowledgeable and recommended items that would genuinely be useful for my trip. I would definitely recommend anyone to shop here for your outdoor needs.

Absolutely marvelous staff very helpful as me n my friend are both disabled me in electric wheelchair and him in electric scooter. The member of staff assisted my friend so he could try on waterproof n windproof trousers helping him with his boots n getting them on over his jeans as he cannot stand and only got use of one hand which is weak
Ok range of stock, but being a slightly larger guy not huge, not slim they don't stock trousers in my size anything larger than 38 waist and you're out of luck. Also fairly pricey.
Very bad, There was a man who was in charge of the store and he didn't like people to look at the folded clothes, not to mess up, even the labels had to be all organized. How can a person buy without looking and see the product with their hands. People like that shouldn't work in places like this.
First time ever in one of these and will come again to pick up all the supplies for our first family winter holiday next year. Large selection of apparel at reasonable prices.
