Rang 26 times before the phone machine even picked my call up. Then I had 40minutes listening to how they know I am waiting, my call is in a queue and will be answered shortly. I had to disconnect after this time as I have other things to do.nTried ringing again later only to be on hold for a further 1 hour and 5 minutes before I had to hang up due to expecting another call.nLooks like I am going to have to go up there after work.nnReason of call: to reschedule an appointment with the nurse.nnThis is absolute terrible service and no other sector would get away with it. I always thought doctors surgery's had some sort of manager to over see the day to day running but I stand corrected.
Nurses DON'T EVEN JUST CHECK WAITING ROOM they'd rather put you down as DIDN'T ATTEND than them themselves walk down a short corridor to waiting room to call patient name to booked TIMEnnHOW HARD IS THATnnIMPOSSIBLE AT NEWSOME SURGERYnnIT APPEARS
Always receive the best care , help and support from the wonderful friendly staff here at Newsome surgery. Cannot thank them enough
Very poorly run establishment. Reception staff are often rude, poor communication, and the efficiency of the appointment system is abysmal
Saw Dr Adan this morning it was a fantastic appointment he listened to my concerns on my health, the last time i spoke to him was a telephone consultation possibly last year.nHe really is a good doctor but as he explained to me because he has been involved in training up new doctors he has not always been available for clinics he has helped me a lot andnDr Adnan truely is the best.
