The mechanics are brilliant, friendly, informative, chatty but the receptionist on the right as you enter isn't very friendly and she's quite snappy.nI personally think that she must think it's her business the way that I've heard her speaking to people on the phone and if it was me bringing my business to these doors after hearing how she is with customers I would certainly find somewhere else.

Terrible firm. Despite visiting during opening hours to collect some parts which were pre ordered, nobody answers the intercom or the telephone and won’t open the gate.

Motus Huddersfield is a very well run dealership, the staff are always helpful and do try to go the extra mile when booking in, updating etc. They can often squeeze you in last minutenThey have a very good parts department which is open Sundays.

Always try to help us out, often at short notice. Friendly, polite, professional. Thanks

My artic broke down, no gearbox, so couldn't drive, mechanics came out had a look and confirmed problem, they arranged breakdown truck and towed to workshops.nVery professional service.
