Do not buy an Avant home. Absolutely shocking standards! Homes are built extremely poorly and the customer service team are useless. Good luck getting anything fix. We have been trying for 19 months to get the work they did wrong rectified. The workmen employed by Avant do not show up to the appointments made, the customer service team do not inform you of appointments and cancel appointments without informing you. Over priced home which are not built to the spec that you pay for. Do not buy an Avant home!
Customer Services are good but quality of work is poornPurchased a new built first time, disappointed with inside & out work.nNew buyers be careful with no bathrooms tiled which makes a lot of damages while you get these done.nStill Can't open bifold door in the kitchen properly which damaging the door bottom.
Awesome project,nBur should have small play area for kids with in site. It might help to add more value to properties.
The estate is very large but it's location is not very nice. Some of the houses look really nice but some have a very strange looking porch on the front which I don't like but that's just my taste. School checker in the area is a must before buying.
