Don’t waste your time with Collect+ services here!!!! Refused to accept a parcel for me twice now, leaving me without Christmas gift for my partner! Shops like this shouldn’t be open for business, with owners and shop assistants who don’t care about their customers.

Twice I found the shop closed even though their opening times on Maps and on the their door said otherwise. They have now removed the sheet with opening times from the entrance door so I guess it’s just a matter of randomly guessing whether they are open or not.

I tried today to send  back some insulation packages via Collect +. I was supposed just to drop the box. The guy refused to receive the box as it was not sealed and tried to push me to buy a tape. Very disappointing. I suggest Collect + to stop working with these guys.

Sorely disappointed by the service. After purchasing 6 pounds worth of items as per advised, I was still not able to send my parcel. When I asked if she could help me with the Hermes' machine, I was told 'it is Hermes' machine, we know nothing about it.'
