I am so grateful for having this post office in the neighbourhood. They are so helpful and efficient. The store is clean and smells amazing because they also sell handmade bath products. Thank you for everything you do!

I’ve been going out of my way to support this small family owned business for years.  I always walk in smiling and saying hi and asking how they’re doing. However I will never set foot in this store again after the way I was treated by the man that works there. I walked in smiling as usual and asked how he was doing. He did not respond and already looked upset. When it came time to provide him my packages, he was so rude, condescending, sarcastic, and verbally abusive. This was all because he was having trouble scanning labels on packages at the post office below he claims they were blank, that is not true, apparently the ink on the labels was too faint for him to scan and he refused to type in the tracking number instead, which was clearly legible.  He states that I demanded he accept the packages which I never did, I asked him if there was anything else we could do since I did not have time to go to the library as he kept demanding I do in a very rude tone, and he told me no and said “THIS IS GARBAGE!” Pointing to my labels. Everytime I calmly and politely tried to ask a question or say anything he would yell “YOU ARGUING, YOU WASTING MY TIME, YOU COULD HAVE GONE TO LIBRARY BY NOW!”. I calmly and politely asked him to not speak to me that way but that just made him lash out more. I had to leave the store.  I went to another post office and had no issues. I was in and out within 2 minutes.  The owners of Cards Plus clearly do not appreciate their loyal customers and think it’s okay to speak down to women. I cannot with a good moral conscience ever set foot into this store again.  Especially after seeing some of their other responses to reviews. These people are volatile, hostile and have no problem lashing out at their customers, and then blaming others for their poor behaviour.  I will be using other post offices for my needs.

I was concerned about the length of pants that they got hemmed at their store. I went back to the store and asked the lay if she can fix it. She wanted an extra $ 14, I told that is not right because it was their fault. After she started yelling and shouting, she was not listening at all. I have never seen such bad and unprofessional costumer service.

Was a nice day thought i would walk over to pick up my package. When i got it i didnt realize it would be so big 30lbs didnt bring my phone with me-my bad. Feeling the heaviness of the box i knew i couldnt walk back so i asked the owner if he could call me a cab i was not expecting the package to be so heavy. He told me he didnt know a cabs number and wouldnt do it. So not helpful. I hope i dont have to go  back for another package.

Excellent service whenever I use  the post office, which is often.  It’s a family business. I certainly enjoy listening to the violin practice  while I’m picking up my mail.

Hard workers making a living from a small business.  We have gone there for years and will continue to support this business in our own neighbourhood.

Awesome help with mailing, kind of smells like incense all the time and my can of Diet Coke actually tasted like their incense

Been going there for ages…never any issue that couldn’t be solved and always a welcome smile!
