Went in to apply for my first passport and the service received was top quality. They took time to explain what was needed, helped with filling up the paperwork and was always kind and with a smile. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier to handle
I needed my documents checked. I went to Cwmbran they couldn’t do this so I came to Newport post office, excellent customer service here! The service I needed finished at 4:30. I arrived at 5:30pm and the man still helped me do it! He went above and beyond for me! Thank you! It was the man with the glasses! Cheers
The lovely gentleman was brilliant today. He ensured all passport documents were correct and was very kind with my 4 year old girl, getting her passport picture. In addition he also managed to serve other customers as well, it was very impressive.

Been there twice in two months to drop a parcel off. Each time the chap behind the PO counter never spoke a word to me. No, hello, goodbye...absolutely nothing! I was more than polite and courteous towards him. As I always say,...it doesn't cost anything to be civil. Customer care? I think not!

I needed help renewing my driving license and this was the only post office in a 15mile radius that offered this service. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff, a pleasure to visit. Amazing staff, I live 10 miles away but this is now my local post office 5*
