visited this post office to collect some euros for my familys holiday. the lady too the time to advice me on a safer way to take currency on our holidays. i found her to be genuine and caring. you dont often get this level of service these days

The people working here are very rude. Recently went to post important documents and picked up a hard backed envelope, got questioned 5 times what i was sending because I couldn’t possibly need the envelope I picked and clearly didn’t know what I was doing! After explaining time and time again they were documents and couldn’t be folded the man just wouldn’t accept my explanation. Really frustrating and I eventually just said to just let me pay to which he said he was just trying to save me money?? I don’t need mansplaining thanks very much, just do your job. Also, he then refused to talk to me whilst doing the transaction. Not only this, every time I’ve been in the woman is always very miserable and not great with customers.
The lady behind the counter is extremely rude but I have put this aside and still use this post office as the one in my village has closed. I certainly won’t be anymore… This morning I paid in £90 but to my horror I arrived home and realized that it had been withdrawn instead. £180 down I started to panic and phoned up. She said ‘have you got the receipt, you’ll have to come back’. 30 minutes later I arrived back in Ellesmere after being stuck in traffic, no apology at all and an awful attitude. If i didn’t have online banking i wouldn’t have known, scary to make such an error! Disappointed but looking forward to receiving better customer service elsewhere

Frustrating as the lady is quite miserable however the other guys there are lovely. I have started going to Stan's to post bits as I can't face the misery any more.
Very rude with customers I felt I was a nuisance.The young female working there needs to learn how to respect others.Will never go in again
Very slow to serve customers & very rude too. Nice choice of item's to purchase but be prepared to be treated like an idiot.
Great place to collect mail very friendly best selection of cards birthdays etc I’ve ever seen
