The staff are extremely helpful to me - always ready to help. I use the store quite often and the service, I find I can't fault. So thank you to all the staff.

New staff need to be FULLY TRAINED before serving customers and having no clue on what theyre doing asking other staff over and over with a queue to the door.Stressful and didnt process my documemts properly so its caused me no end of problems with such important documents.Wished id used another post office!!!!! Last time here.Nitemare.All the inconvenience now to get sorted what they have caused.Went to Nantwich to get a professional service and wow did they just!!!! Worth paying the admin fee AGAIN to get it done how it should!GOT MY DAUGHTERS PASSPORT BACK I SENT FROM A BETTER POSTOFFICE BUT I HAD TO PHONE HMPO LIVERPOOL FOR WHERE MINE WAS AS ID HAD MINE DONE AT MARKET DRAYTON AND GUESS WHAT THEY ONLY RECEIVED IT 2WKS AFTER ID DONE IT HERE LOL THEY HAD KEPT IT BACK TO PURPOSELY DELAY MY PASSPORT!! THATS HOW BAD THIS POST OFFICE IS.RIDICULOUS PLACE

My passports were messed up and they took my money out of my bank twice and were rude when I said id already paid! Put your card in! Stress to sort my bank! A row with them to proove the young lady took it twice and ripped up the first receipt taking £82 and £92 for 1 passport giving me one receipt and my bank says 7-10days for a refund! Caos it was and still is.This is a passport they get paid to check me out not balls it all up and my bank account.She didnt have a clue what to do!!!!!
