They don’t really care about people .doing noting For resident .I just want to damage them or my self right now .one of the worst Council in the world.1000s time call and email them but they did no answers .very very bad .
Absolutely appalling service. Over the last three weeks I have tried to contact Envirocall about fly tipping and overflowing bins. In total I was kept on hold for 1 hour 47 minutes and still have not been able to speak to anyone. Eventually I emailed a complaint through the channels suggested and haven’t even had an acknowledgment. Disgraceful! I will be storming the Civic Centre soon!!!
If I could give a zero I would !!! Have complained - through the avenues that you are supposed to- several times now over overhanging shrubs etc blocking a pavement. Had two completion dates & nothing been done by the council. Then, when I make a formal complaint I’m told to give my reference numbers to Envirocall to complain or make another request - ever decreasing circles !!!! Very poor customer service.
Worst experience I ever had!! Story. I had my green and blue bins stolen, third time it's happened. I am disabled and I'm in constant pain, I got a taxi to condercum road council office and took a ticket to que and see about replacements, my number was 234. I waited in pure agony for 55 minutes then my number was called to position 11. I got there but 4 consecutive numbers were called to same position I was at. The lady said she could cope with it, but when I told her of my bins being stolen she stopped me and said she couldn't deal with my claim and she would put me back to the front of the que, fair enough I thought then after waiting a little longer the next number called was 236 which put me back further. Being in loads of severe pain t went to the counter, I don't ever lose my temper, but it snapped so I threw my ticket on the counter and I mumbled that this was crap and left. Once I got home I called the council to explain what happened, I spoke to a nice lady who said she would get things on track again after my complaint. Alas this was not to be, she put me on hold and after a few mins I got an automatic response asking about whether I wanted new bins and would I follow the instructions on how to get them, they even told me the way they should be looked after. My bins are probably the cleanest bins on the street and arelways the first brought in after collection. This is how we are treating our disabled? I had to use two taxis, there and back. So I basically paid £10 to be treated like an idiot and never got seen, but I suppose if I was a refugee, I'd have been seen first and I would have got 24ct gold bins and a huge grant to make life easier. The council has got so bad in the last 35 years, I'm severely disappointed and I'm fuming, as to my bins, who needs them? Certainly not the disabled so I'll bag my rubbish and throw it out on the road every collection day. I'd like to thank the council, I don't know what for, I'll try and think about something thankful.
