My mother has been living in DPH for almost 2 years now. In my experience the carers are good but management and admin are abysmal.
Appaling excuse for a "care" home. Had to take my Dad out after 10 days due to the lack of care and dignity afforded to him. Manager was never around or available. No access to care plan. Seemed more concerned about what was easier for the staff than the care or independence of residents. Would absolutely not recommended.
The staff are very professional and friendly.
