Lovely place .beautifully deborayed for the weddding receprion. Compact but comfortable
Lad in the shop was extremely helpful stripey shirt, brown hair, didn't get his name. 10/10 customer service, directed us to what we were after, offered advice on the products and felt he was genuinely engaged. The blonde lady in the cafe made me a lovely coffee and also seemed genuinely happy to be there. 11/10.
I love this place but there is one woman who works on the counter in the "Details" shop who clearly thinks that she is "someone". Her customer service skills are negligible; she finds working with the public infra dig. But for her, I'd give the place five stars...

A good art supply shop. I love that there is not just the supply shop but also a gift shop, cafe and art gallery all in the same building.
