Came here for the aquatic shop.. worth a visit Sven if you don't keep fish. Nice garden centre, food place. Ended up with a new pair of trainers sale price from the Pavers store too plus enough parking .. immediately left after the closest roundabout from Newbury itself. Easy to miss
A little bit of all sorts. Good selection of shops and coffee shops. Though the parking exit is a nightmare. If it's busy make sure you leave well before your alloted time or you will get a ticket, as the queues to get out can be horrendous. Free parking for 3 hours.
USUALLY not food after Corona.. buildings are empty
Its great film set for an apocalypse film just needs weeds and tumble weed as there are so many empty showrooms which isn't any surprise with Honda lack of enthusiastic car sales and the fact they have overpriced repairs so that made me extreamly pleased to see good old General Cutback came to town due to production slow down Such a shame the land was carved up in the first place to become ghost showroom business park

This place is declining and filling with tatty junk shops. I can only guess because the rents are extortionate. I added one star due to Hobbycraft being there like a brilliant diamond atop a mountain of rubbish
I got lost, no idea what's here
It's a business park.. What do you expect? The only oddity is the sale of some of the offices to become flats on the park, and the impact this will have on traffic and security. There used to be a couple of food trucks that would come here for lunches, years ago, but that stopped.. Gap in the market for someone to swoop in and steal the lunch crowd!
