Reasonable job done, (new front tyres) but no staff to answer phones or man reception. Had to ring 4 or 5 times to get a progress report. I was then told the car was ready, but they hadn’t had time to ring me. Left waiting when we went to pick it up as well. Overall not a pleasant experience. I felt sorry for the chap who dealt with us as he was trying to do everything himself & was failing

I would recommend this centre, great customer service skills, the guys were very helpful and friendly especially Chris and Mark on front desk . My car needed a whole new exhaust fitted and i was really worried financially how I was going to pay for it and I was told about the payment assist which has made a great difference being able to pay in installments. I will definitely be returning in the future when needed.

Always helpful and never had an issue. Last years MOT done while I waited and didn’t take too long either.

The staff were above and beyond helpful and courteous even at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this place!
