They have friendly staff and the mixed grills are very good. The restaurant is modern and clean and there is a large carpark. Only recommendation for improvement is to increase quantity of food on the platter as it is less for the money than other places that we have visited. The condiment sauce also needs to improve by making it hot and more authentic Indian flavour.

A pub, fairly standard not flashy, with a function room turned into a bit of an Indian canteen. A mixed interesting menu, but not extensive, Indian starters, mains and deserts. I tried the house special lamb with a nan and mushroom pilau, and it was very acceptable. The surprise for me was the price, maybe there is lots of competition in West Brom, but I did two samosa starter, main lamb, rice Nan, poppadoms, chutney and a beer for £12. Surely some mistake ? But no. If you are passing, or local, not a bad spot for a cheap and enjoyable curry.

I'd heard good things about the food here, so I thought I'd take a trip to Hilltop to try it for myself. I was curious when I saw Lamb "Sharabi" on the menu - As the name suggests, it's cooked with a hint of alcohol (Brandy). I don't know if this is an invention of "The New Talbot" but it really worked and blended perfectly with the flavour from the meat and Indian spices. I also tried the chicken and saag and that was very good, too. The lamb and the chicken had been cooked carefully so they were succulent and tender and I'd really encourage friends to come here to try it for themselves. To be honest, I enjoyed the meal so much that I came back 2 days later and ordered the same dishes again!

Just a pub with indian food .. nothing special realy .. food a bit bland pub needs a referb .. staff friendly prices ok but it is what it is .. there sister place in quinton is the one..
