It was the first time i try this burger fast food. I did not venture much i played it safe and ordered the chicken filet burger . The bun was fresh . I had a sort of crisscuts fries which were crunchy and golden . I liked the cherry coke which is a change . Fair prices . Order came super fast on my table
We bought the jalepeno burger and chilli frites , along with crisscut . Firstly coming to hygiene during the pandemic , the guys and girls serving the food to table and packing the food into delivery bags , they do not have gloves . First it was the guy and after notifying to the person , a girl repeated the same . Please see she was serving each table , taking the order number cards from them , changing the billing papers and touching our exposed frites and crisscut with the same hands. This is non acceptable . Secondly I assumed atleast the food would be worth 15euros , since I know Carl’s Jr. from US . But the burger was OK , the chilli frites was peanut size not even sufficient for a kid , all of this for 15 euros !! What a disappointment, sorry to say but don’t risk ur health for not even good food .
The prices are quite high compared to other chains plus I don't find their burgers to be of value for money. It's much better in India though.
One of the best burgers in the western of paris in suburb city of Velizy. You should absolutely try it!
Good afternoon I would like to share my opinion it may will help you improving your customers loyalty, by my experience and what happened to me today, I wish if one of their stuff sell us her smile, she absolutely was ugly in her acting during the shift, I felt like I m a homeless in front of her. I wouldn't write that but for the whole picture of the restaurant I did, I don't know even her name as she doesn't wear the label name. Can the manger advice her by some words to treat anyone in a good way please
This restaurant offers original burgers tastes. I liked it very much. However, I modify my comment after ordering again on 23rd of july from Uber eats. This time the hamburger was great again but the fries were soft and half-cold. Removing a star for that.

We stumbled upon this gem by accident after a hard day of shopping at the IKEA on the opposite side of this mall. Awesome customer service with motivated cheerful staff at the counter and in the restaurant. The person seemed like the manager or owner was at the floor all the time asking customers if everything was to their satisfaction. And truly the burgers were fresh, generous and juicy. Highly recommend and will visit again when we are in the area.
I have always preferred Carl's Jr. over MC Donald's and Burger King. It's simply better. Furthermore the "Super Star" Menu costs the same 5€ at the time of writing compared to the cheaper menu in McDo, totally recommended if you are looking for a cheap/fast food/burger.
Just avoid this place and go to Macdonald’s. It’s truly awful. It was decent when it opened, now it’s just comical how bad it is, gave it another Shot today and was severely disappointed. Dry cold burgers with stale buns and I complained about my burger they took it back and I waited 5-10 mins for another one so all my other food had gone cold and when they gave me back my burger It was exactly the same temperature, same stale bun .Same burger more than likely the only difference was 2 tiny onions added. I just left because to complain again is just embarrassing for all. Just avoid please, why say on the window and walls « food made to order » when it is clearly not, I cook for a living myself so please trust me when I say AVOID ! Also the cheese is not even slightly melted on the burger it’s just a disgrace, I feel slightly Ill from the experience or the food! unsure to tell. And every table was complaining around us too for either the wait or the wrong food. Never again carls, never again !
