I like new look if I need something fairly specific for an event or night out. There is usually a varied choice of clothing styles and colours. I have found most of the staff very helpful with the exception of my daughter taking ill in the store and they refused us water, which astounded me. I will continue to shop with them but with more reservation.

Good range of clothing lots of sale stuff. Staff really helpful and friendly Starbucks inside store so you can relax and shop

Nice size, big selection but I always go to the wellgate store too as they seem to have more sale items, especially footwear.

Shop is far too crowded and disorganised. Also was subjected to sexism by the staff and was asked to not help my fiancée pick out clothes for our friends birthday due to being a man.
