I had a really negative experience at Zara just after the summer sales, I called into the store in Dundee it was very quite and took some items into the changing room to try on. I was told very abruptly that I couldn't take all the items in so I asked if I could leave 2 of them on the side near the changing rooms, I was told if I did that they could be taken by someone else or put back! One of my items was a coat so I quickly tried it on and went to swap it with the left items......Well they were gone!!! In a matter of 2 minutes, clearly the shop assistant was being awkward so I asked her had she moved them? Her reply was, well I did warn you😤 well I was so embarrassed because there was other customers coming out of the changing room at the time. I looked around the store and it was painfully quite so I didn't see the problem so I decided to speak to the management, she implied I was lying about the assistant on the changing room and said she had moved her to a different part of the store. I have shopped with Zara for years in the Trafford centre and Manchester and even Tenerife! Never had that kind of service and before this all the staff have been helpful and polite in Dundee
