Went shopping for my dress and my bridesmaids dresses in here. I was 2 minutes late due to meeting my bridesmaids and my mum. There were 5 of us and my 2yr old. From the minute I walked in I felt the lady who was working was looking down on us, we never got offered any drinks not even water. I tried to describe what type of dress I liked but said I was open to suggestions, she picked out 4 dresses for me, I never got to look myself and when I went to try them on she was asking why I brought my daughter with me, where I worked and where my partner worked then asked if I could actually afford the dresses. When it came to my bridesmaids trying on dresses they got to try 1 dress on each, I have 3 bridesmaids all different sizes and none of the dresses the girl picked out for any of them fit them or flattered them at all. My bridesmaids picked a few dresses and were told they couldn't try them on, I pointed out 2 dresses I wanted the bridesmaids to try and was told I couldn't get them as even though they came in the colour I wanted she wouldn't order them as she didn't like them in that colour. One of the worst experiences I've ever had shopping, none of us came out of there happy at all. definitely wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, don't know if it was the girl serving us or if that's just the general attitude of the shop, either way bridal shopping is about making the bride as happy as possible and this completely ruined my day

5 star service an absolutely amazing experience. So patient and helped me find the most perfect dress. Love this little shop.

Bought my dress here as was recommend by a friend who told me of exceptional service she was given and I have to agree. The shop in itself was beautifully presented with many personal touches and the dresses easily accessible. I found the assistants knowledge of the dresses invaluable as I had no idea which style I wanted to go for. I felt more like I was shopping with a friend as the assistant made a great effort to get to know myself and my family making me feel completely at ease and never pressurised. I purchased the most stunning Maggie Sottero gown and will be forever singing Annaroses praises and recommending to any brides I know!
