A fairly large store. Currently at time of review rather resembling a jumble sale inside with mess everywhere. Till service was OK, but only one person serving on a Saturday afternoon.... after a large queue formed someone finally offered to help. Cheap and good store, big range to choose from, but only does women clothing. Sometimes hard to find wanted item as clothes are everyvere then it's busy times

Plenty of staff but not serving even though the queue was growing 2 staff on the tills 4 staff on shop floor tidying up

Nicely set out. Some of the clothes are nice. But..... I just wanted to get a nice top for my 16 year old, no chance! Unless I was happy for her to wear crop tops which I'm not, low cut tops which, again, I'm not both of which are far too tarty for my tastes or a top with the neckline just under your chin that looks like something your granny used to wear made out of her old curtains. I guess that's fashion for you but a little bit of something simple and in between would be really nice for us Mum's and daughters that just want something feminine and pretty.

I feel that all different sizes is mixed. My opinion would be put winter clothing together and summer clothing, else lovely and spacious.

Only 1 person working at the tills this morning with a queue of customers whilst other members of staff stood around chatting. Changing rooms a complete mess - full of clothes left in the cubicles before 11am. I'm guessing they were not emptied/tidied from Thursday.

Saw 2 pairs of boots on the New Look website that I wanted to try before I purchased. The shop was tidy and clearly marked so I knew as soon as I walked in that the shoes were all upstairs rather than wandering around searching for them. Found both pairs with ease and have purchased one, really happy with the look, fit, and quality of them. Staff members were easy to spot and those I spoke to were very polite and helpful. Only tiny gripe is that for the shoes I purchased my size 5 was on a very high shelf and pushed back against the wall. Thankfully my walking stick hooked them down!

Quite helpful staff, more available online but is a decent sized store perfect for me and my daughter to pick up some clothes in a hurry.

Nice shop with quite affordable prices

I haven't shopped here for a couple of years as always waiting ages in a queue. However saw a nice affordable pair of jeans and the shop was quiet. Two people being served in front of me both with queries but instead of an assistant opening another till me and another shopper was left standing there for 10 minutes so I gave up and went elsewhere . Wont be back
