It's was a wonderful experience shopping there today, customer friendly.
Have to come here on regular basis and it’s always long waiting because the staff don’t care about the customers
I required a 40mm replacement mixer tap cartridge & took the old one in to reference. I was told that I needed the name & model of the tap & it would be cheaper to replace the tap. I was then told that a replacement cartridge could cost £70. I then went home & bought the same cartridge on Amazon for £9.99! I got the distinct impression that the counter sales person was totally disinterested in my enquiry & wanted me to go!
Excellent help with a previously purchased shower screen. As it couldn't be repaired, a replacement was suggested and supplied free if charge. Super service.
Fair prices and really good customer services really good bunch of lads
