Really good service! I usually go there to pick up online orders I have placed. Staff is quite young, some of them more energetic and better with customers than others. But overall thestorehas a great variety just lacks bigger sizes in all items. Will have mainly sizes 10 and 12 on hangers. Rare to find a 14 or 16.
Wanted to look for some sale items but I have never seen a sale section that is disastrous such as this one. Everything was everywhere and very cramped. I think they need to find a way of organizing the sections be it by doing by sizes or category of clothing such as dresses be on their own, then skirts etc
Have mostly women's clothing. Not sure if the prices are reasonable. Needed to buy a dress here but could not try it on in the shop, had to get two dresses that cost so much, take them home to try them on then come back to the shop and return whichever doesn't fit. I think that's too much stress for the customer. The dressing room was probably closed at the peak of the pandemic and should be opened by now except there is another reason why its closed.

Efficient and friendly service at this well stocked shop with clothing, both teenagers and adults, at a reasonable price and of reasonable quality.

Well organised and glad to look around without being bothered. Lady on till was very professional and polite. Good selection of clothing at good prices.
Layout has changed slightly since I last shopped here, think it works well. The 915 section seems to have more choice which was great for my daughter not for my bank balance! One of the few clothing shops that remains stocked and open I this area now. Hope it stays that way!
Got a top marked at £9.00 when I got to the till they charging me £15.00. The girl at the till look at the price tag and just put it in the bag, I asked if it was £9.00 as the tag said, she said no its £15. I asked for the supervisor blonde lady super rude, told me the promotion ended and she was allowed to have it marked at the wrong price for 24hrs. What a joke, making customers believe they getting something cheaper than the actual prize, no apology whatsoever. Not nice New look. SORT IT OUT
