Sana is a very helpful and polite business woman. I come home every year from America and buy from this store for past 5 years. Great selection and price. I Never had any problems. Don’t understand the bad reviews below!
Nice place to shop. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The store had a great ambiance and was really pleasant to shop in.
I would highly recommend this store. The sister opened her shop with Bismillah when we walked in and each time she passed us a garment or took cash etc. Ma sha Allah beautiful manners, not a pushy sales style, lovely clothes and reasonable prices, bought three outfits from them.
extremely bad service- I bought an outfit for my husband and bought it home. it was packaged and was not told that I was unable to open it at the point of purchase. I went back to the store hoping for an exchange as he did not like the colour. I was told promptly I cannot exchange it as I had opened it. The packaging was all there and I explained it just needs to be folded and can be sold again. The owner very rudely ignored me, walked off and refused to help in any way possible. At that point I felt I was unfairly treated as I had NOT been told that I was not allowed to open it!!!! Point blanky refused to help in any way possible. She was very rude, and has lost a very valuable customer. I have in the past bought many items from there and have recommended this place in the past, but due to the unwillingness of the owner of just a simple exchange will be warning people of the bad service received. Please be careful when buying products from here as they are very rude, unhelpful if things don't go their way. You will not be allowed to exchange anything , and they don't tell you at the point of purchase. Had I been told I would not have made the purchase and bought my husband in.
I went to this store on the 27/05/18 trying to find a necklace to go with my dress. After choosing a necklace bangle and ear rings, when I'm going to pay the sales lady said they don't accept card. I said I have no cash with me I can only pay with card. The sales lady said we only accept cash it was £50. So when I was leaving the store the sales lady changed her mind and said that's okay you can pay with your card. Which I did, after about 25 minutes I changed my mind because when I had a closer look it was not nice or very good quality. So I went back to try to get a refund. The sales lady said we do not refund you can only exchange it. She said that there is the sign by the till saying no refunds. However it only mentioned clothing items. She could have said it before so I would know. She mislead me already about only accepting cash not card. I was forced to exchange for different items. She was not friendly and no satisfactory explanation as to why i couldn't have a refund. I have never experienced this before. It's very upsetting. She got my money and I've got something I didnt really want buyer beware!
Rude Rude Rude. Staff was do rude she was treating us like we nothing. Also 1 staff was bullying another member of staff body shaming her it was quite uncomfortable. If she was owner then she needs to sort her attitude or else she will regret it.
Very helpful staff, lady behind the till is very helpful and friendly. We went late on Sunday, it was closing time. But since we were not local she considered to open a little longer for us. Price is good as compare to others. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Nice clothes,according to your pocket.but some are really good.not crowded these days.safely you can buy.supportive and helpful staff.i recommend this shop.
To expensive and overpriced...would recomend Southhall same clothing around £30.00-£40.00 cheaper...these rip off ladies will not be around for much longer with there sky high prices imported from Karachi and sold at rocket high prices.
Very rude owner! Have no manners to treat customers.
