Happy house and KC'S burger. WOW, excellent value for money, very tasty food, clean kitchen, happy and helpful staff. Keep it up team, you have something special going on here. Oh and the Durban bunny chow... my word I have not had such tasty curry since I lived in South Africa and travelled to Durban. I think you should try expand your menu offering for the curry's. Please do keep the bunny chow and burgers on your menu. We'll done to Happy House and KC'S.
If i could give this place less than a 1 i would the manager is nothing but rude sent us the wrong food i phoned up and she couldnt have cared less we go there most days and will never ever be back
I have ordered Beef with black bean sauce, and Chicken with black bean sauce. It was the worst Chinese food what I ever had. It was very very salty. Was not any other taste of this food just salt. The other item ordered to my guests. They was not able to eat it. Very small portion and very expensive. I have spent £26.50 for a meal what we was not able to eat as it was so bad. I will not order from this place again and I would recommend the same to others.
I went to this place everytime till tonight I put a order in was told around 1hour 40 that's OK I call to see if its on its was to be told it will be around another 45 minutes I said your joking she said no we are busy we can't just make your order and told another guy I was shouting at her he came on the phone telling me he's coming to my door to sort me out and all this and told me I was a muppet and won't be getting any money back whst I have paid to scoffable and hung the phone up if that's the way there treat customers won't ever be back worst customer service ever
Ordered a meal online for 8.30,came at 5.30,told the woman driver to take it back as was nipping out ,eventually came at the right time ,but to my surprise it was reheated,spring rolls was full of oil,was brick hard ,noodles dry as anything,husbands meal wasnt that much better too. If you order a meal it should come fresh,not reheated ,because they made a mistake with the time. Wont be back,take my custom else where .
They have taken slow delivery to a whole new level. 4 hours to deliver 2 curries despite promises that we were next for delivery blah blah blah. When the order arrived it inevitably had to go straight in the bin as it was lukewarm at best and tasted nothing like it should have. Wont be using again!
Got a munch box from here the other night and it was tasteless and very greasy! You could have rung the grease out of the chicken balls! Prawn crackers were chewy like they had been sitting out open! Curry had about 5 bits of chicken in it if you were lucky and I managed to fill a sauce tub with the amount of onion I had in it! Curry had absolutely no flavour to it either, very dissatisfied and will not be back! Absolute waste of money especially for the amount we spent on it and the standard
Very poor food, chow mein is just noodles with boiled veg and some salty greasy souce and the meat quality is just fking terrible, looked like boiled beef with fat on it, I didn't have the guts to try it. Even the fried rice wasn't even fried, just boiled on a frying pan honestly ... 1/10, would eat ONLY if I was starving
Food was very weak, chow mein was just boiled veg with some salty souce. Wun tun soup tasted like SPAM ham and the entire order was just meh. Paid £22 for something I wouldn't even pay a £10. With with no passion whatsoever. Don't order lol
Quick and courteous service however, lukewarm soup, tiny BBQ ribs in a not so nice BBQ sauce. Yellow oyster sauce, asked for fried rice and got boiled. Warm cans of juice. Never again.
