My experience with this practice is good. Only once did they respond to me impatiently, that was the receptionist on the phone and yes that shouldn't happen. I spoke to two receptionists in person and they were very nice. Same with a doctor that phoned me once, very nice and upbeat. I use eConsult now and it's the best thing they could do. I feel like I can actually finally sort my health out without hassle!

Had an MRI scan got told to call in 2 weeks called Dyce Medical Practice they tell me 4 to6 weeks 6 weeks later still nothing back.. receptionist well let's say NOT very good at people skill I asked to get an appointment with the doctor I got told that we're not doing face-to-face contact and I got told I will have a phone call appointment at the 29th of AUGUST.. today is the 2nd of August.. thanks dyce Medical Practice you're the best

Been very nice to me . Got a Irish woman doctor can't remember her name .but very thorough and took time .

After months of trying to get an appointment. I tryed today econsult has been taken offline, when I call I get the automated message then it cuts me off. I had a heart attack last year that would have been avoidable if the doctors investigated it further I believe they are not even close to fulfilling the legal obligations of a GP when I have no way to contact them.

Wow. Just wow. If I could give minus stars I would. Called for an emergency app for my mother who was extremely ill/confused and unable to be left alone. Was met with a huffy receptionist then an extremely obtuse Dr who was argumentative and rude with me for absolutely no reason. I've never spoken to a Dr surgery as unprofessional and lacking in any kind of care in my life. I'm taking her to hospital then she'll be changing GP's asap. I feel bad for their patients, honestly.

its a horrible surgery very rude ,took a funny turn with my breathing just with my asthma they didn't seem to care on bit , on multiple times they've nearly gave me medication that would have killed me ! wish this wasn't my  its just embarrassing if i could give a 0 it would be that

Absolutely disgraceful told them how bad my teeth made me feel to look up at them laughing. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Like the last guy I wold seriously recommend ANYWHERE ELSE .negative stars.

Constantly failing to order correct medication, if thr medication is ordered at all.  Have to contact them a number of times to have the prescription sent to the chemist and still have not received the correct items.  These prescriptions are for an elderly women who absolutely must have their medication on time due to a heart condition.  Not acceptable.

Staff are extremely rude, especially on reception. Then they act like they're doing you a favour when they're actually doing their job. Awful women, don't even have the common courtesy to apologise after it's been established that they didn't do their job

2 separate doctors here have helped me and my wife massively, sometimes a bit of a wait but the service they provide was well worth it. Like many aspects of the NHS, they are doing the best they can with ever more cuts to funding. Bigger catchment areas and fewer doctors, that's what happens when 2 practices merge.
