Glorious! The food here is astonishingly good, by some distance the best Indian food I've eaten in the UK (and believe me, I've had more than my fair share of Indian meals in my time) and it doesn't get the recognition it deserves. The curries are wonderful- lamb, chicken, mince etc. all available and all excellent. I would come from far for this place. It truly is outstanding.

I've been before and the service and food was great, but tonight it just wasn't there. We walked in, no one greeted us, and we stood for a while before anyone came to assist. The service was really slow, they forgot to serve poppadoms, and we had our starter before poppadoms, despite asking for poppadoms when they took our drinks order. Food was served warm instead of hot. Sorry guys if you read this, I've been before and it's been really good, but last night was poor on all fronts, I don't think I'll return for quite some time, especially given the other great restaurants in Altrincham, which is an absolute shame :(

What a shame! Ok we were on a Groupon but the offer was three courses. Limited selection of starters and nothing but ice cream available for desert. In my experience when a restaurant resorts to Groupon and doesn’t stock all the menu and the place is freezing, generally means it’s struggling. The food we did have was excellent so come and support this great local restaurant.
