Disgusting meal, the chicken nuggets had no option to choose no sauce or just one, you had to choose 3 sauces!! I assumed they must come in containers because why would they force you to have three sauces on 6 chicken nuggets? I was wrong and it arrived covered in bbq and chilli sauce, couldn't pick any up as they were that flooded in sauce! Who would want a small portion of food drowned in 3 sauces?! Safe to say I couldn't eat them as they were so soggy and sour. The cheesey chips were awful, basically I got 20 fries with a whole packet of grated cheese! Very disappointed and threw most of the food in the bin. Even the American style cookies were pathetic, no option to choose a flavor and no flavor specified, I got 2 thin white chocolate cookies that probably came from a greggs multi pack. Won't be ordering again!

Ordered chicken burger at roughly 1:40 AM paid the person at the till, he charged me more than what was listed on the menu but it was only by 10 pence so assumed the prices went up so didn't question it. I waited 5 minutes and asked for an update on how long it would be, they then asked about everyone who worked there who served me, they all said they didn't receive the order, they then checked their receipts and there was nothing. I demanded for the to check their CCTV for several minutes before I question whether it was actually legitimate to which they said it was fake, they said "our CCTV is our receipts" which is rediculous, there is no proof, there is no way they can prove they take every order through the till, they took my money and bluntly said that I didn't order anything, there is no way they can prove it however the fact they have fake CCTV shows that I cannot prove it, I am not just simply going to back down, it is theft, taking my money and not supplying me with what I paid for. I am never giving a penny to Canada grill Altrincham ever again.
