I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received tonight. I have been coming here for 20 years and have always enjoyed the food which is always great. Tonight I ordered online and was told it would take twenty minutes. I arrived in time for the collection time and was told it would take another ten minutes which was fine as they were extremely busy. After waiting half an hour (over the collection time) I asked the front of house 'how long is it going to be' to which he replied 'can't you see we are doing something', shocked I explained 'we have been waiting for half an hour' and he replied 'well go and cook the food yourself'. Everyone was shocked at what he had just said to his customer, another customer even told the worker you should not have said that, he did not seem bothered. Eventually we got the food but after what he said I will never return. Remember without your customers you do not have a business!

New Year Eve take away.
Beef with spring onion and ginger tasteless. Gravy based....why?
Pork chow mein overcooked.
Spring roll starter good.
Prawn toast starter soggy.
Egg fried rice looked more like Biriyani.
Is the chef actually Chinese?

This place deserves no stars! I ordered through JustEat at 8.15pm once it got to 22.00pm I called and called the restaraunt with no answer. It is currently 22.59pm and still no food. I have managed to speak to someone and she did apologise however if there is not enough staff to assist then my advice is as follows: dont accept the order!! - not a happy customer at all.

Good service, no rude staff as previously read. The food was fresh and nice and enjoyed it...however. I feel the need to mention these, so hopefully the kitchen will do these dishes properly. Singapore noodles seemed to be just glass noodles with barely anything added, like bits of meat or anything..flavor was good though. My Salt and pepper squid were battered! and barely tasted of anything..the horror. They seem like lazy shortcut dishes not made with love. A shame it would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the 2 key dish let down. A little disappointing but had worse many times. Please sort out the salt and pepper dishes (not battered). all other dishes were good! Will buy again. Salt an pepper squid guys...
