Great bunch of guys.
Just recently finished my level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal training course with them and I really enjoyed it! Recommend them to anyone looking to do one of their courses. I'll definitely be going back to them for more courses in the future! As for the personal training they are very professional compared to most of the other gyms around. They really do care about every single client that walks through that door and they make sure they take very good care of you!

Gave the month's requested notice & handed back my access  card to cancel membership & asked to confirm no more payments would be stopped however, another one was stopped & upon telephoning, getting voicemail & leaving a message, never received a response. I ended up dealing with this problem via my card provider.

This is a professional studio where the trainers really care about the progress their clients and gym members make. The trainers are always willing to give advice and build friendly relationships with every member.
Honestly, I wouldn't want to train anywhere else. The Trainers are second to none, and really good value too. :)

Friendly, helpful and motivating trainers who get you the results you need. Great if you do not like big commercial gyms and prefer more personal 1-2-1 training.
