Been a regular member since Dec 2015. Great CrossFit gym. Fantastic, attentive coaching aimed at getting the best out of all levels. Amazing community spirit ensures you have fun while you train. Can't imagine training anywhere else.

Really would recommend to anyone looking for a new challenge or starting as a fitness beginner(like me)! 
Coaches are wonderfully supportive and so is everyone else that comes into the gym. Awesome community spirit.

Started back in July as a total fitness beginner, now go 4 times a week and couldnt manage a time without it!

Crossfit Rayleigh is a great gym...it's friendly and full of characters that make going to the gym actually enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this place for new experiences in workouts...you won't find a more supportive and hard working place!!!

For someone who has hated the gym all my life, I have managed to keep going for over a year now. Great gym, fab supportive coaches and a great group of gym buddies to keep you going at every step.
