Very disappointed in this company. We regularly support a client to go swimming here who otherwise would not be able to access this  facility. Today we were advised by the manager that the carer would not be able to support the person unless they paid for the carer. This person has effectively been discriminated against because of their disability and we will be taking this further.  Why should a person with disabilities who requires the support of a carer have to pay double the price of everyone else in order to do be able to do activities in their local community?
